We process orders quickly, but if you write within two hours of confirmation we will do our best to intercept it. After that, the package is already in the atelier queue.

At this time we do not sell individual samples. We recommend beginning with the smaller essentials or the Full Ritual Bundle, which lets you experience the complete sequence at a ritual price.

We ship worldwide from our studio. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days; international orders within 7–14 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as your ritual leaves the atelier.

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace or refund it within 30 days. Because skincare is personal, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Standard domestic shipping is complimentary on orders over $75. Otherwise, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes. We never test on animals, and every formula is free from animal-derived ingredients. Our approach is botanical first, supported by proven actives.

Unopened, our formulas remain stable for 24 months. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6–9 months for optimal freshness. The period-after-opening symbol on each jar tells you exactly.

Our scents come from a very small palette of natural extracts and absolutes. If you prefer no fragrance at all, Cloud Whip and Invisible Veil are essentially unscented.

Yes, but not in the same step. Use Radiance Renewal Serum in the morning or before bed, and reserve Petal Overnight Mask as your final layer two or three nights a week.

Thin to thick, water to oil. Cleanser first, then serum, then moisturizer, then SPF in the morning. Mask replaces moisturizer on the nights you use it.
